Meeting 1 |
Get Acquainted: Client Interviews Castle about qualifications and experience. Questions and concerns are addressed. Builder interviews Client about style of home, budget goals, floor planning preferences, special needs and timing goals. |

Meeting 2 |
Client hires Castle, floor plan is discussed and defined, quick estimate is provided and a $500 deposit is taken for plans to be created. |

Meeting 3 |
Plans are provided to the client, final quote on the house is provided and General Contracting services are discussed in preparation for detailed quoting of the site cost to begin. 1% deposit is taken and is refundable if financing falls through. |

Meeting 4 |
All final site costs are compiled and shared with the client. Contract is drafted based on the final costs, contract is executed, a 10% deposit is taken and work begins. |
