Part of selecting the builder of your home is evaluating the materials that will be used to build your new home. Click Here to see our standard specs. These specifications are the minimums your new home will be built with and we are confident you will find them to exceed the minimum codes for the area and surpass what other builders offer as their starting point. We are proud of every house we build and are confident in the quality of the materials and the workmanship in every one of our homes.

Finally, you’ll want to meet the Castle Modular Homes staff. Bring your ideas, plans or questions to the Model home located on Rt.16 in Ossipee NH 603 539 5151. The Model Home is open Tues - Sat 12-5. You may also schedule a visit at our office located on Rte. 101A, Pennichuck Square in Merrimack, NH. 603 262 1561. The Merrimack office is open Mon-Fri 9-3, except July and August when we are open by appointment. Evening or weekend appointments are available in either Ossipee or Merrimack.
